Assist spectators whose physical limitations prevent them from accessing the golf course through shuttle golf cart rides. The golf carts associated with this committee will follow a set path and stop locations.
Age Requirement: 18+
Dates of Operation: Wednesday, November 11 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will be stationed at the tournament entrances to scan and check the tickets of all guests. Volunteers will also assist with any issues or questions regarding tickets. Members of this committee will welcome spectators and provide general information/directions during tournament week.

Dates of Operation: Wednesday, November 11 – Sunday, November 15
This committee provides support to the PGA TOUR caddies. Volunteers will assist with PGA TOUR caddie registration, professional caddie bib/towel distribution and cleaning, maintain the caddie lounge area, and act as a concierge for the caddies.
Caddie Services volunteers will also help coordinate, manage, and provide support to Pro-Am caddies on Wednesday of tournament week. On these days, volunteers may assist with caddie check-in, directing caddies to the appropriate locations, and ensuring smooth communication to caddies.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will manage the distribution and return of all golf carts. Assist with cart numbering and name plates, answer questions, and address cart maintenance issues throughout the day with the tournament’s operations team. At the end of the day, ensure cart keys are returned, carts are charging, cleaned daily, and staged appropriately for easy access in the morning.

Dates of Operation: Saturday, November 7 – Sunday, November 15
This committee will be responsible for shuttling the equipment manufacturers on-site between their truck location and the driving range and practice areas. This group will also oversee an equipment tent on the driving range where players will check in and check out various pieces of equipment during practice.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will be tasked with staging carts and vans the weekend before the tournament. A training session will also be held to familiarize volunteers with evacuation routes and the operation of the vehicles. During tournament week, volunteers will assist with the safe evacuation of PGA TOUR players, caddies, walking scorers, and standard bearers in case of inclement weather or an emergency requiring the stoppage of play. Volunteers may be asked to drive vans during the evacuation and return of players to the course. Volunteers will also distribute and collect cart keys, restage vans and carts, and assist with directing vans and carts during an evacuation.
In the event of perfect weather and no emergencies, volunteers may not be utilized for any or all of their shift, but will still be required to stay at the course near their assigned area.

Mandatory Training Date: Sunday, November 8
Fan Experience volunteers will help enhance the overall tournament experience for patrons by assisting with guest questions, providing directional guidance throughout the course, supporting informational and Q&A stations near the Main Entrance, and helping guests navigate tournament venues and amenities. Volunteers may also assist with charitable initiatives, including the tournament’s 50/50 raffle program, with stations located throughout the course and at select venues. A friendly, outgoing customer service attitude is required.

Gallery Management Ambassadors are given a unique inside-and-outside-the-ropes tournament experience. They are responsible for managing gallery noise & traffic; ensuring the safety of our guests by reinforcing health & safety policies; leading by example; and providing a world-class guest experience. Gallery Management Ambassadors are assigned to the teeing area, fairway and green of a specific hole (No. 1 – No. 18), or to high-traffic areas such as practice locations, crosswalks, and hospitality areas.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will assist with checking in Honorary Observers and distributing credentials to each participant. Volunteers will provide participants with a short training about the program and will escort the participants to Holes No. 1 and 10.

Dates of Operation: Thursday, November 12 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will be assigned to one of the hospitality venues/areas to welcome patrons and guests in secure hospitality areas. Volunteers will monitor entrances to the hospitality venues and ensure that only those with proper credentials/tickets are allowed in each specific area. Volunteers will also assist in prepping the venues each morning and answering any patron questions.

Dates of Operation: Wednesday, November 11 – Sunday, November 15
Assist the Good Good Championship staff and PGA TOUR media officials in the Championship Media Center with roles including media registration, basic administrative needs, distributing Tournament and PGA TOUR information, player information support, answering general questions and providing support to credentialed media.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will assist the tournament staff in stocking and selling merchandise in the official merchandise tent. Volunteers will help unpack, hang, and price merchandise prior to tournament week. During tournament week, volunteers will manage registers (training to be offered), provide customer service, and help keep the tent stocked and clean. Volunteers must be comfortable standing for several hours and handling transactions on the registers with a friendly customer-service attitude.
Age Requirement: 16+
Dates of Operation: Saturday, November 7 – Monday, November 16
Provide golf cart transportation for players, caddies, and volunteers at set locations throughout the course.
Age Requirement: 21+
Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
During tournament week, the primary focus of the volunteers will be the distribution of water, ice, and other supplies for the players, caddies, volunteers, and various special events. The requirements for this committee are the ability to lift 35 lbs. and drive a flatbed golf cart. Volunteers must be prepared for all weather conditions.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers on this committee will oversee the operations (including daily setup and breakdown) of the practice facility, including the driving range and chipping green. Volunteers will be responsible for setting up name plates for players, sorting golf balls, filling range buckets, and marshalling the chipping green. This committee will have early mornings and late evenings.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will assist with welcoming players to the course, registration, assembling/distribution of participant gifts, carrying and staging golf bags, and score card collection. Volunteers must be available for both Monday and Wednesday Pro-Am events. Experience with elite customer service is preferred and professional appearance and attitude are required.

Volunteers will be stationed at the tournament's shipping and receiving area and will ensure that all packages are distributed to the Tournament Staff, Player Services committee, Golf Channel/Media, etc. This committee will require some heavy lifting as packages arrive in different sizes and will do most of their work in advance of tournament week. There may be times when this committee waits in the receiving area for packages to arrive.

Under the leadership of the Scoring Tech, the ShotLink Mobile Spotter will help locate and flag shots that miss the fairway/green, assist with ball flight from the tee, and relay pertinent information to the Scoring Tech, such as penalty situations, obstructed shots, and detailed locations of shots. Volunteers should have a basic knowledge of the game of golf and a commitment to timeliness, accuracy, and attention to detail. Quickly locating shots not in view for the Scoring Tech or Camera System is a key function of this role.

Dates of Operation: Thursday, November 12 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will follow a group of golfers during their round of play, inside the ropes. Your primary responsibility will be to show the gallery who is playing in the group and to display their scores in relation to par on a cumulative basis by carrying a standard sign presenting that information. A basic understanding of golf scoring and golf etiquette is required. Shifts are outside and in direct sunlight and the elements. Volunteers must have the ability to walk 18 holes while carrying a 5-pound sign.

Dates of Operation: Wednesday, November 11 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will be stationed in the tournament office to provide administrative support to the tournament team. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting with general inquiries, distributing information, and helping maintain organization within the office. Strong communication skills and professionalism are required.

Dates of Operation: Monday, November 9 – Sunday, November 15
Volunteers will assist with the inventory and assembly of volunteer uniform packages and help distribute packages on scheduled distribution/training days. During tournament week, volunteers will manage the volunteer tent, manage volunteer check-in and ensure only credentialed volunteers are entering the tent, answer questions, exchange/sell uniforms, and maintain the volunteer hospitality area by restocking food/beverage and keeping the area clean.

The Walking Scorer accompanies a group of up to three players using a handheld tablet/computer to keep score, track specific statistics, and capture real-time data. Walking Scorers will also carry a voice radio and headset for communication with the LPGA scoring truck. Volunteers will be responsible for partnering with the Standard Bearer assigned to their grouping and are expected to assist Standard Bearers in being in the right places on tee boxes and greens. A mandatory online training session will be provided for review, and a mandatory instructional session prior to the tournament start date. On-site support will also be provided.
